i dont know if its ok or not but i made a u3 of this program to run off my usb flash drive it works great. small size all the feats i want i love this program thx for this
-
what is an u3 ? :P
-
u3 is a type of flashpen, that allows programs to be ran from them (as the u3's software automatically adds registry entries needed when theyre plugged in)
bit useless for altbinz really, as alt.binz doesnt require registry entries.. a normal flashpen works perfectly

Thankfully you can get software to remove the u3 nonsense and just make it a normal usb stick.
-
A U3 drive is password protected / encrypted at device level so is more secure than a 'normal' USB drive which may have application password or volume encryption (e.g. Drivecrypt)
I have both and prefer the U3 - it may be a bit slower starting the menus & running apps but is better overall.

Sounds very interresting to me.

I have alt.binz on an Stick inside an Truecrypt container and it works fine.

For those that would like to know what a U3 Drive is, here's the link that explains it:

Hope that helps...
