Date and time in Alt.Binz forum

Is it me or is there something wrong with the date and time forum? Even the minutes seem to be out of sync. A the time I have Sunday 21.01.2007 11:15 local time and the forum time seems to be Monday 22.01.2007 08:54.

I have checked my regional time setting in the forum and they seem to be OK.

it is but there's no place in the script where i can set the time , and i've noticed the time diff keeps on changing i have asked my hosting to fix the system time but they havent changed it.
