I have just opened a site for free downloading of NZB files, there is no wekly charge, no protected passwords that only come clear if you say thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, in my mind it should all be free and run off donations, if people like it, then they will donate.

Is there an exchange banner or link section that I can get from alt.binz to put on my website, in exchange for a link on alt.binz site to get more trafic moving between the sites?

Na, Just Because. i.e. because I can, so I might as well try to make it better for others who do not know how to look for the files and download them, its easier if they are in an NZB format, so hence the website, thats all mate, Dont be so paranoid
