Alt.Binz 0.42.0.1 PROBLEM

Hallo habe ein Problem mit Alt.Binz 0.42.0.1 er geht auf voll geschwindigkeit und fällt danach wieder direkt auf null hatte das problem auch mit älteren versionen Internet und alles ist ok...

Obviosly not. Something is blocking internet traffic for altbinz? AV/Firewall?
