Probleme latest Version Download

HI.

ich wollte heute die neuste Version herunterladen das funktioniert aber nicht es macht immer nur ein neues Fenster auf und das wars...
Bei manchen scheint es zu funktionieren...bei mir nicht..

oh of course!

several times!!! always the same with ie or ff! just opening a new tab!
