« on: November 22, 2011, 08:21:01 am »
Hi

I tend to pause for 30mins, download my stuff then set it to Hibernate when finished but 39.3 doesnt Hibernate my PC. It worked fine on previous versions.

Yes, hibernate doesn´t seem to work and (just for the record) there is a little translation mistake (german version) in the shutdown method (button) menu: "sleep" was translated "Ruhezustand" and "hibernate" "Standby". Its just the other way round...
hibernate=Ruhezustand
sleep=Standby

btw in the settings menu it was translated correctly...

SOOORRRY! "Hibernate" or "Hybrid Sleep" works! Was only a Windows (Win7 64 bit) problem...

For all who got problems with hibernate: Try to deactivate USB in power options. Worked for me...
-> Control Panel ->All control panel items -> power options -> change plan settings -> advanced settings -> USB-settings -> deactivate

Auf Deutsch: Probleme mit Ruhezustand /"Energie sparen" (WIN7 64 bit). Bei mir lags an USB:
-> In Suche bei Windows Start "Energieoptionen" eingeben.
-> Energiesparplaneinstellungen ändern -> erweiterte Energieeinstellungen ändern -> USB-Einstellungen -> Einstellung für selektives USB-Energiesparen -> Einstellung: deaktiviert.
