Title: 481 Account is Locked

I have been a longtime user of Alt.binz but have just this week had to purchase a new computer. I redownloaded Alt.binz and have downloaded 5 items with no trouble. Today I have tried to connect and get the following message:

481 Account is Locked

Please help as I don't know what this means or why it is happening.

this has nothing to do with alt.binz

It is a reply from the usenet provider you are using. contact them

Would giganews be my usenet provider as that is what I use?
