502 access denied

Downloading through Alt.Binz, iam getting this message i wasnt awere of any download Cap, but iam getting a message "502 Access denied download cap hit" 
 
Is there a cap on this site or maybe its the server iam going through, sorry just a bit confussed.

That message is returned by your usenet server.
I guess it's time for you to consider premium server.

Thank you for your reply, iam using "red orb news",  with a 75gig a month limit but iam only on 87.43% used, unless the rest of the download would breach that limit but seems strange that it would work this way. 

If this turns of that it does ill move to a limitless server which ive been on before i though red orb would be fine.
