Connecting and retrying

I set up an account with Newsfeeds.com to try to supplement my ISP's servers.  My connection to the ISP's server works fine.  But when Alt.Binz tries to download it gets this:

If I telnet to news.newsfeeds.com, it lets me login and download articles there.

I started on version 0.24.2 and upgraded to 0.24.9

I think it might have to do with article expiration.  What would Alt.Binz say if an article was expired on the server?

It looks to me from log that when alt.binz requests article after few seconds server terminates connection. Try playing with server properties like 'article cmd' and/or 'group select'.
Did you try retrieving same article via telnet alt.binz was not able to get?
