Title: Alt.Binz 0.28.1 - where is download?

Hello!
I have one small question. Where Alt.Binz 0.28.1? I would like to make download but I nowhere can him find.
On main side is older version (in the download section) - the newest Alt.Binz 0.28.1 will not be accessible in download section?

Nope. 0.25.0 is the last public build ever.  8)
