I think the slow D/L speeds are due to the erratic "mini freezes". I have asked for help in the on Efnet #Alt.Binz a bunch of times and gotten some good assistance. Every time I left it seemed the program was running good again. Well now its doing more of the same.
I have tried only using 3 threads which helps some, but at the same time slows my speeds down.
I have also lowered my thread decoder priority to "lower" and also "lowest" both seemed to help at first but now its back to freezing up again.
I am not sure if messing with the decoder sleeper cycle will help or not, but if I could get some instruction on what to try next it may help.
