Alt.binz not finishing downloads

OK, So here is my story.  I downloaded an .NZB file from NZBMatrix of Movie X and opened that .NZB file in these two programs:  Alt.binz and Newsbin Pro.
Alt.bnz stalled at 96% and has been there for 2 days. Newsbin Pro downloaded the whole movie with out issues.  I started the Newsbin Pro program  after Alt.Binz failed.
 So whaat gives? There should be no difference in the two programs and because Newsbin Pro finished the remaining blocks were there for Alt.Binz to download.

I really don't see the point of this thread without log and relevant settings.

My message might not be of allot value either (no logs), but I experienced this with a couple of previous downloads too. Unfortunately I can't remember which downloads it were.
AFAIK it only happened on 0.36.0, It were overnight downloads, so I woke up and found my PC still being on unexpected, whilst now, when I'm downloading during daytime, all downloads are finished just as they are supposed to, this is in version 0.36.1.
So it could be the improved RegEx in 0.36.1 that fixed this, or that one of the search engines (in my case Binsearch) was having some issues.
Since all seems fine now for multiple downloads, I don't worry about it anymore.

This never happened to me. The only way I see this could "be happening" or at least appears as it is happening is if it's stuck in endless loop of retrying/waiting on 430 errors dues to user error of setting relative values too high.
But even then one look at queue or log will give the right answer

Hmm, well just checked the log files in /logs, they dont go back far enough to find back any downloads that have caused it. The par2 tab isn't bringing any memories back either.
But as I said, all seems fine now, and I didn't change anything for it...
