Title: Alt.Binz seems to be downloading, but really isn't

I left my alt.binz going over night and it said it was at 21% going 600kbs but the morning after when i woke up it was still only at 21% i wondered "wtf mate" and i threw in a 3mb file to download and it went as if it was downloading but it stayed at 0% the whole 30 minutes i let it download, and the entire time it said there was 4s left.
idk what is going on, anyone else have this problem?

not helpfull in any way. All relevant data from log is not posted. 23 threads - isn't that a bit much?
