Title: altbinz 0.31.3 skin problems

Hi, i had installed 0.25, i was using zune theme. i downloaded the latest version and over wrote the exe. when i start it up and select a skin from the left corner skin applet, only the top bar where minimize is located changes.
Rest of theme stays the same and will not change. Can you help me with this as i love the new skins i see.

Skins are still in development and haven't been implemented for the whole UI yet.  You can see the full skin on the new Add RSS window, though.
