altbinz 0.381 not unraring all the time

Hi
i have this problem where sometimes altbinz will unrar automatically and sometimes not. if i manually run quickpar to check for missing blocks and then download some more par files, i can extract the file as normal. it is as if altbinz does not know more par files are needed and waits for my input.
i have checked my settings according to the tips and tricks thread and all seems as it should be although the screen shots are prob. for an earlier version of altbinz and not 0.38.1
ps. i have downloaded the newer version of .38.1 as suggested but the problem is still there.

So, it the unraring or downloading blocks/repairing a problem?

Is the collection finished? Do you see block files paused? Are there enough blocks? Log entry regarding found blocks and if they were unpaused please.

collection finished.enough blocks. shows 100% complete.

but i have a new problem as per my new post.
