Can I run AltBinz on an Ubuntu platform?

If you search for 'ubuntu' in the forum (box at top) you'll find lots of threads explaining how, adding to what's already in the wiki.

I realise that you do not support Ubuntu/Linux but your great program. Thank you for providing space for Ubuntu discussion.

At the moment I see two threads when expecting "lots" which I raised my hopes whilst reading in the General discussion forum. Since you last looked has there been some removal of many threads?

A full forum search for 'ubuntu' gives 28 results here.  Try also 'wine', 'crossover', etc. There's a specific one for Wine in the New Versions forum here:
