Undocking tabs

I can't seem to undock the tabs. For example, I click and drag the PAR2 tab. When the mouse cursor is over a tab the cursor changes to an arrow and a rectangle. Everywhere else I get a crossed circle. Is this the correct way to undock a tab? I'm using version 0.31.4.

Already reported that undocking doesn't work with new skins yet.
