Title: Altbinz not trying to connect to news server

Hi

I have been using Altbinz for quite a while now. Suddenly, it seems to have stopped trying to connect to my designated news server. I have successfully pinged the news server and usually, when a connection does not exist, Altbinz will at least try to connect and indicate a failure in connection. I get nothing, as if it is not even attempting to connect. The log is blank.

I have McAfee Security Center (I have ensured that Altbinz has Firewall access and that the designated port 119 is open) and I am running Malwarebytes.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
