Alternative to NZB sites

Looks like NZBsRus is no more, and I'm wondering how long it will be before others follow suit, as it seems that they're being targeted by F.A.C.T(Federation against copyright theft). These sites are so easy to use that I never bothered learning how to find what I want using alt.binz alone. Sorry to be a bit thick, but can someone tell me how to reliably browse for 720p high definition movies and TV without the help of an NZB site on alt.binz, and what, if any, potential disadvantages there are in not using a site.

I have figured out how to search for specific files, but it's BROWSING I'm finding difficult.
