If it worked before with same settings then it could be something of the following issues:
- Your Firewall is blocking Alt.Binz
Set yout Firewall to not block Alt.binz
- Your ISP has routing problems
Try reconnecting your Router
- Your ISP Blocks Usenet Traffic
Try changing the port and/or SSL
- Your account has expired
Buy a new one
That are only a few possibilities i could think of right now, but i am pretty sure that is not an issue related to alt.binz
What you should do is activate detailled logging in setup->log and report it here if that doesn't help
