Title: Automatically Toggle bandwidth limit to 90% upon startup

I've tried searching and perhaps, my search terms were the reasons why, but unless there's a way of doing it, I'd like a feature on altbinz where I can restrict my bandwidth usage to 90% (instead of No Limit" or a set amount and have automatically toggled upon start up.  Kind of like "autopush connect" when starting up altbinz feature.

Setup->Misc->Start->Speed limit
