Does AltBinz use a Blackhole type folder that it watches for NZB's and then just downloads whatever gets thrown in there? I'm using Sickbeard to download some shows and would love to use Alt instead of that other program they recommend.

Setup -> NZB -> Autoimport folder

I think it would be useful for you to read the wiki.
