Title: Blue Sprocket, pink highlight in download queue?

Ok can someone tell me what this means? The files don't appear to be downloading, and pausing/unpausing them has no effect. What exaclty does this blue sprocket symbol and the pink highlighting of the file mean? Link to screenshot below:
