Title: Can't change UI text size on toolbars

Hello,

I have been trying to make the text on the UI toolbars easier to read. I have edited the config file, setting fontsize from 9 to 12 in two separate places. I have done a restart. The values are at 12 but the font is still too small. Can somebody please help me out here?
