Not to my knowledge. Alt.binz is a News Reader so it only reads the Usenet. There are other programs that you can post with, Agent and PowerPost, off the top of my head, but all Alt.binz was designed to do is mainly read Binary Posts and assemble them correctly. It also has a great function of searching different Usenet Services and finding particular posts.
But like I said, it does not post. It is a reader and a very good one at that.
