Title: cannot conect

Hi I have a problem connecting. I have two desk top one laptop. I have been using one desktop and also the laptop and both connect but I have a problem with the desktop and switched to other desktop.
Problem is  I get a 502 insufficient credits, and cannot connect.
What is the problem what is 502
