Title: cannot connect

help i have set up a news account with my isp and allowed windows firewall to let altbinz to access the internet. I have followed the newusers guides selected a nzb file but keep getting CANNOT CONNECT

How do get a connection please

:D its ok i just exited the program and restarted and it connected and started the download
