Title: Change the 'To tray'-button/tab to a 'Minimize'-button?

You mean instead of the Minimize button on the window?

I know about the standard minimize button :P I've switched to Windows 7 (using the default buttons) and it would just be nicer using a big button instead of the standard that's kinda small.
