Title: Could not connect (Server) 502 Byte limit exceeded

Hi,

Getting this when trying to connect to me provider, only just started and will likely be them with the issue. 
What exactly is the limit that it is referring to, is it the passing of the connection string to the server? Any way to tell (without packet capture) what is likely to be passed?
Any help Appreciated.

Most likely block account with no more bytes quota.
