Title: Delete folder after unrar to other folder

Hi guys,

I've got altbinz setup to download using rss feed and extract the downloads to their respective folders. My question is, how can i make altbinz delete the original folder? After the extract to the designated folder, it does not delete the original download?

an example of one of my filter rules:

*show1.s05* | A | | H:\Series\show1\Season 5

after altbinz extracts to H:\Series\show1\Season 5 , which is does, the original download stil stays undeleted?

any help on this question would be much appreciated!!

unrar-options->delete empty folder after sucessfull unrar

but that only works if the folder ends up empty all the time, if that isn't allways the case use:

all my altbinz settings are correct- delete after unrar and folder is empty.
The problem is that the video file is also stil in the other folder. The code you pointed me to does not remove these video files?

you wrote the video was successfully extracted to H:\Series\show1\Season 5, so how can it still be in the first folder? is H an external drive? if so was it present when unraring took place?

my default download folder is H:\
my temp download folder is D:\Program Files\AltBinz\temp\

when the files auto extract to the designated folders, the original download still sits at the default download directory, H:\, it does not get deleted.

its not a external hard drive.

so as a summary, just to be sure i have the facts straight:

there are seperate folders created for each download in dir H. looking like H:\NZB1 ect. after all files are downloaded they get unrared to the set location (H:\Series\show1\Season 5), but the rar files remain in the download folders and those folder don't get deleted. but they should get deleted because the last 4 boxes in settings->unrar are all checked.

is that about right?

Sorry about the late reply, been busy..

Thats correct. Also, when i use the script above, the downloads wont auto unrar

the script can not possibly interfere with auto unrar because it is only executed after the last task is finished.
do u by any chance use nzbplay while downloading?

nzbplay causes par2 checking to stop, therefore no repair and no auto unrar.
