I don't know why all downloaded files suddenly stuck in "TEMP" folders.  I noticed other file format, like .mp3, are still getting decoded and go to the same correct place.

I had made no change or reconfigured anything to cause this problem.  This already happened to me many times, in multiple older Alt.binz versions, and also on multiple machines, so I presume this is caused by software.

Please help explain how to resolve this problem.  Getting a bit frustrated coz this has happened to me multiple times already.

Regards--mfg

The first thing to do is check your Alt.Binz log for what's happening when the files get 'stuck' and report any error messages here.  Is Alt.Binz retrying for missing articles?  In which case, check your Setup -> Connection -> Retry count and delay time, and set to lower numbers.

is that a low end computer?

if so, you should try to raise the decoding process priority. (options->miscellaneous#2)
