Downloading A File That States 100% In Search Results

Hello, I have been using alt.binz and newsgroups for about 2 years. I am not sure if this is a question about alt.binz or a question about general file downloading. When I search for a particular file I look to the % results and download the ones that have 100%. However sometimes after all the downloading is complete alt.binz can't repair or unrar the file. Is there something I am not doing or something I can do to repair these files? Is there something to look for so you don't download file that have this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. well make sure to get all the par2 files available for. that 100% number only indicates, that this post was complete at the time when it was posted and on the server that was used for indexing. i remember there is a programm called something like nzbchecker, with which u can check if an nzb is complete on your usenetserver, but checking every nzb befor downloading is to much of a hassle to be worth it in my eyes...
