(setup->NZB

uncheck import par2 recovery blocks as paused)

Sorry, it is uncheck.  Still i have the problem. Is there an other option so that i can resolve the problem?

Could you explain a bit more (detailed) what exactly the problem is. If you're having problems doing that, include pictures :)
