No PAR2 in PAR2 tab, why? (no UNRAR)

Hi
Just noticed one of my file didnt autounrar, I checked the PAR2 tab and nothing there, although the PAR2 file WAS downloaded  then no UNRAR although there was no issue d/l the file

I tried again with another file and it worked this time, so I assume it is due to this particular file.
Why the PAR2 file wouldnt register/show up properly in the PAR2 tab?

Then I forced the PAR2 import into the PAR2 tab, it did some checking and the icon turned green but then still no UNRAR 

Maybe someone can explain?

As you can see the PAR2 file was decoded and did exist in the d/l directory, but didnt showup in the tab
I try another file, no issue so this is this particular file ; if no obvious explanation, dont bother unless you feel like it

if it matters, I did a right clic in a RSS list from NZBS, but it shouldnt be an issue.
Let me try again on this particular one ... weird ...
