Hi,

had some fuckup with some malware/adware/unwanted crap - installed ExtractNow downloaded from CNET/download.com - do not install anything from CNET, it seems it is a malware spreading site nowadays

Anyway after treatment with adwcleaner and malwarebytes the crap now seems gone, but for some reason abz won't launch anymore.
Crashes immediately when launching, then get an error message about " Exception EOleSysError in module altbinz.exe at 0009BC29.  Class not registered."




Redownloaded abz from here and overwrote the exe but it didn't help

Any clues how to fix this?

Thanks, rdl, I have done a system restore in the meantime, now it's working again!
