Title: Error 10053 when downloading
Post by: awonson on September 11, 2019, 10:32:18 am
Hi,

I am using version 0.47.1 on Windows 10 Pro x64. When I begin downloading the nzb files, after some random time, various connections stop downloading the articles and display the message "Error 10053". Eventually, out of 20 connections, I will only have at most three connections downloading. If I exit Alt.Binz and restart Windows, and then restart the downloading, all 20 connections are available for downloading and the articles all download. Eventually, the 10053 error appears again and I have to repeat the process of rebooting and then restarting Alt.Binz.

I get the same result when I disable the Avast firewall. Would anyone have any idea why I am now getting this error message after 7 years of usage and how I go about resolving it? For the past 7 years, all 20 connections would download the articles with no problems. The issue has appeared this year only.

Thanks for any advice.
