Hi im getting a StatusCode: 497 error plz can some one tell me what to do to fix this problem thanks.

According to this (http://www.mibsoftware.com/userkt/nntp/0006.htm) site:

4xx means "Command was correct, but couldn't be performed for some reason"

x9x means "Debugging output"

The last digit is exact response.

So this seems to be a debugging output error sent by your server.  You'll need to contact your usenet provider to find out exactly what it means.
