Title: Error while converting old RSS data to a new database format

I just got this error using 0.44.0, I upgraded AltBinz to 0.44.3.2 and get the same error. Read the post regarding this issue so I looked in C:\Program Files\Altbinz\misc and renamed rssdb.abz to xxx.rssdb.abz.xxx. I also found that file in C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Alt.Binz\misc so I also renamed it to xxx.rssdb.abz.xxx - the error persisted so I moved both files to a different drive. Same error.
C:\Program Files\Altbinz\misc has 27 files and I have full control of that folder
C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Alt.Binz\misc has 9 files and I have full control of that folder
Both folders show a modified date of 01/20/2018

I am not sure how can both locations be updated. I would like to take a look via teamviewer session.
