Sorry if this is a repost, did a quick search.
When I'm downloading something its very fast but it bogs down the rest of my connection. Is there something I can do about this?
When first using it few months back had no slow downs so not sure if I've done something different.

you can limit your download speed in Alt.Binz:
with:
- Speed Limit: left click on status bar in buttom left corner
- scheduler: set up your limit in setup->scheduler (and press scheduler button)
in both cases make sure you have set "max. Download speed" in setup->connections
