user has exceeded bandwidth limits

Hi

Excellent program

I have only one problem at the moment.
I'm getting the following message in the log file:

Could not connect (Giganews) 502 (remote) user has exceeded monthly bandwidth limits

I have two servers setup
Primary giganews
Backup astranews

Both work okay as a primary server.

I have read the forums and can't see why once I have run out of bandwidth on the primary server it doesn't use the backup server.

Do I need to change some other setting to get it to work?

Thanks

when I disable giganews as primary. The backup still doesn't work.

I only setup both servers as primary to test the configured.

The current setup is:
Primary giganews
Backup astranews

I was hoping when I had run out of monthly bandwidth with giganews (primary) server, the astraweb (backup) server would take over doing the download. :)
