Title: file stuck in download queue in 0.45.0

Since updating to .45 I've had a download stuck in the queue, which restarted every time I started up.  In AppData/Local/Alt.Binz/download I found a randomly named file with no extension.  I removed that file, and the issue appears to be resolved.  Was this the correct course of action, and is there anything else that needs to be done to make this fix?

Without detailed log of the event I really can't tell you anything...
