Title: Halting between 93 and 99%?

Is anyone else having issues with parts downloading all the way to about 93-99% and then stopping?  I can't figure out if it's NewsHosting or me or what but if I shutdown AltBinz and wait a few minutes, then load it up again my downloads go fine for a while then they start failing again.

Any ideas?
