Title: HELP!!!

So, i'm using usenet and trying to connect to ther server to download a .binz from nzmatrix. In my download queue it says connecting, then it switches to day downloading article and then connecting comes up again.  I know my account is active and i have do not have any limit on downloads. 
I don't know what could be wrong, it was working fine before. It's been awhile since i logged on though
