HELP! freezing at the 'Enter name' pop-up

The program opens and i can search just fine, but when i select to download the group and the 'Enter name' window comes up, the program freezes, every time.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Worked fine on my laptop while at home but i just moved to a school network, would i need to change anything cause of this?

without the log it's alway difficult to determine the cause. so activate detailed loging and post the log of the time when it freezes to see the cause. in the meantime try deactivating the "prompt for name" option in settings->misc.

school network sounds to me like lots of content blocking etc...

Problems with network drive discovery I'm guessing (same symptoms).  In any case, using Alt.Binz in that kind of enviornment is just asking for trouble ...

Well its not the on campus network i am on, its just at my school house, much like a residential internet set up, im just not sure if there are specific blocks or filters up at my house here.
