Help Getting Started

I signed up for AstraWeb and bought Alt.Binz because it had some good reviews.  But now I am totally lost, so lost I don't even know what to search on.

Here is how far I got.  Added my AstraWeb SSL Log in, I can connect and Authenticate fine.  If I click on newsgroups I can fetch all the newsgroups names that AstraWeb.  My problem is, now what?

I selected 5 newsgroups I want to load the headers of and marked them as favorites.  But now I have been clicking around for 2 or 3 hours trying to figure out how to load the newsgroups I selected.

I see NZB and I think I need one but I checked AstraWeb and there is no talk of NZB there.


I looked through the wiki and did not find an answer.  Can someone give me a nudge in the right direction?

Forget headers. Use search tabs, search for something and then add it to queue.

Ha! Magic... I guess I am really old school when it comes to usenet, I never thought of just doing a search.  Back in 1995 we had to download all the newsgroup headers then sift through them and then download what we wanted over a phone modem.  Been away for a while, things have changed.
