Title: Help with newsgroups

My newsserver is newsguy. Everything is setup according to your setup guides.
I get connected but when I try to retrieve any newsgroup absolutely nothing happens. I try to search using all the tabs at the top of the altbinz page but I get nothing.My account is active with newsguy.
