I can get up to 100000KB/S in downloadspeed in setup but my max download is now 1 MB/S I have a 120 mbit connection how do I get this higher?
further question if I want to reinstall do I need to install the free version first and then update it? of is there an installer for the latest paid version available? if so where?
TIA!

That speed value in setup only affects the speed graph and speed limiter - if you set limit to 'No limit' you'll get full speed. Probably the 100000 limit should be fixed, though ;) - either via Bug report or Request.
No installer is needed for Alt.Binz, you just launch the exe - but see the FAQ in the new versions forum for removing any config if you want to do a clean install.

It says Connection option... if I set it to 0 it is set to 1 KB/S and it acts likewise... how do I set it to act like no limit? In view it says but in actin' it does no of it all!

Seems to get even lower speed if I Tinker with it...
What if I delete the latest version and install the free version and update that?
Fuck it... WWW or ftp works fine... Grrrr....

you have a wide bandwidth line, but can your newsgroup provider fill it?

I'm not sure I understand completely what you're saying here ... but anyway look at the bottom left of the Alt.Binz status bar, it should read 'No Limit' - click on it to set limiter. Make sure also that you've configured enough server connections under Setup > Servers for your pipe.

It says no limit... so that setup download setting has no effect whatsoever? GigaNews is not the bottleneck... So my ISP is cutting me of in speed? connections is set to 50 (is the max)

If all fails how do I reset all and reinstall the programm?

close programm
delete (or rename to back it up) folder C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Local\Alt.Binz
launch programm
