Title: I have donated, but can't log in for new versions

Last Sunday I made a donation , forgot the username. Afterwards I mailed to the moderator, and explained my mistake. After a few minutes, I got a mail back with the confirmation that I was added to the "Contributors" group on alt.binz. Checking the list of Contributors, confirmed it.
Still I can't log in to update to the newest version, however, I do can log in to the forum.
Please can you help me with this problem?
