I've searched, but haven't been able to find much info.
Can Alt.Binz be configured for IPv6?

No, you have to create a 6over4 tunnel in your operating system.
With Windows I believe it is something with http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc740203.aspx#BKMK_2

Are there any settings I have to change in Alt.Binz after setting the rest up?
Proxy settings?

Edited to add: got it all figured out. Was actually a lot easier than I thought, to set IPv6 up with command prompt and server "localhost" in Alt.Binz
