List index out of bounds
« on: February 25, 2010, 06:35:48 pm »
Since today i can't connect to my usenet provider and can't use the searchengines. If i press the connect button nothing happens and if i search something, i get an "List index out of bounds (2)" error.
I disabled my Firewall, reinstall Alt.Binz, delete my settings and test Alt.Binz on my Notebook, too. The Result was always the same.
Have someone any idea?

Assuming you have the latest version installed.  I believe it was suggested to the last person that posted this issue to verify their username and password.

So this issue is only with the latest version; interesting if so.

You last login was at 2010-02-22 17:31:59 CET
After that nothing. So check your firewall once again.

I tried it again. Download the latest version, remove my settings and deactivate my Firewall. When the authentication dialog appears i enter my name and password. Then press the Check button and this time he shows me a Response says "ERROR!".

Ah I see, you've been blacklisted by system. Messing around auth script does that. You'll be auto removed after few days.

Hi Guys,

I'm experiencing the same problem... :-(

Downloaded the latest client and installed it. Now I'm getting those "list index out of bounds" error messages all the time and can't connect. I've already swichted off my firewall etc. but it did not help.

Any further advises please?

Have a great sunday

Felix

Once you change your forum password, you must also change it inside alt.binz
